It really does feel like spring has sprung today, the sun is shining upon us all in Ludham and Ludham Bridge.
The gardeners have been and planted up the baskets, the wildlife-friendly hedging plants we had put in over winter are doing well, and hope that they will provide a colourful display by next year, and lots of fruit for the birds and pollen for the bees and butterflies. My gorgeous olive tree has had a haircut, I do hope it grows back soon!
The covered area outside which Geoff built last year, has it’s new sides on ready to roll down and protect visitors when the weather decides to water the greenery. Inside the pub has been freshly redecorated, and we have purchased new tables, and nicely padded chairs, no more hard seats or dark wood! We hope you like it.
Our chef Miro is happy that we purchased a new griddle for him, and he is looking forward to introducing new food items to our menu, such as beef steak, lamb chops and more fresh fish dishes. We are also continuing to cater for those who cannot tolerate gluten or dairy, or who choose vegetarian or vegan options.
The campsite is looking lush and is ready to welcome you back for your back-to-basic camping, be it for one night or a longer holiday.
Have a great year, and we look forward to seeing you.
