Camping on the Norfolk Broads

We are proud to boast one of the few camp sites in the area! It is available to rent March to end October and is suitable for tents, tourers and motorhomes.

We offer a back to basics approach, this means you arrive with your lodgings, pitch up, pop into the pub to pay for your stay and you’re done! With a pub right on your doorstep, what more could you want?

We don’t offer electric hook-up, showering or washing up facilities, but toilets are located in the pub and are open to campers all night. Fresh drinking water is available outside.

Why not pay us a visit for dinner and drinks and then spend the night getting back to nature in our Back to Basics camping field? The next day you can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the Norfolk Broads National Park.

The river Ant is just 500 yards away, with a small shop that sells almost anything you could desire, a cafe, a curiosity shop which has some very interesting wood carvings amongst other items, and an angling shop. A boatyard that hires dayboats, and a low set-in point for those who have brought canoes or kayaks. Cycling is another favourite, with our low lying landscape we have beautiful cycling and walking routes on our doorstep. Don’t forget to visit St Benets Abbey!
